Inviting all women!

Mental health issues such as depression, fear, anxiety etc. often go unnoticed and unrecognised within the family as well as society due to various barriers. Based on our experience of working with these issues, we would like to organise two sessions with the aims to:
• Raise awareness about Mental Health issues among women
• Provide self-help tools to recognise the symptoms of mental health issues
• Provide information about self-help and other organisations providing help and support

The sessions are interactive and full of fun. You will also learn about the tools of self-help such as yoga and meditation.
