Mental Health Awareness
Mental health issues such as depression, fear, anxiety often go unnoticed and unrecognised within the family as well as society due to various barriers. Based on our experience of working with these issues, we would like to organise two sessions with the aims to:
• Raise awareness about Mental Health issues among women
• Provide self-help tools to recognise the symptoms of mental health issues
• Provide information about self-help and other organisations providing help and support
Why not come along for a half day session where you will learn about the tools of self-help such as yoga, meditation as well as have fun while meet new people.
