Knock Knock project was set up in response to help women, especially from Bangladeshi community to cope with the impact of Coronavirus 19.
Both Sunderland Women's Art Group and Srijoni (Bangladeshi Women's project) were involved in this project.
Through arts and crafts, felting, Arabic Calligraphy, health talks, meditation and breathing techniques the women have learnt to support each other, find strength, develop coping mechanisms for mental health issues and express their feelings through arts/ crafts.
