NENC ICS WORKFORCE WELLBEING HUB DEVELOPMENT

An opportunity to help Develop Wellbeing Resources for Black and Minoritised Women in the Health and Care Sector

Sangini is working with CNTW (Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust) to develop wellbeing resources for Black & Minoritised women working in the care and health sector and to increase their engagement with the Wellbeing Hub and its offers.
Sangini has been commissioned to identify, consult and co-design approaches to Wellbeing Resources by and for Black and Minoritised women in the health and care sectors workforce.
Aims:
• Increased engagement of Black and Minoritised women with the Wellbeing Hub
• Develop inclusive and culturally appropriate Well-being Resources/ Offers, that also focus on intersectional identities of ethnicity, religion and gender
• Develop a greater understanding of how to co-create wellbeing resources by and for Black and Minoritised women
Over the coming months, we would like to engage and collaborate with as many Black and Minoritised women working in the NHS and Care sector as possible. We are inviting women to have a conversation about
• Self-care among Black and Minoritised women
• How wellbeing is perceived within the Black and Minoritised communities
• Ideas for sharing and developing wellbeing resources

We want to speak to as many Black and Minoritised women, working in the NHS and the care sector, as possible.

To find out more information, we invite Black women staff to come along to one of the creative workshops we have set up for this project.
