Led by experienced artist/tutor Miki Z, the project offers an opportunity for women from diverse backgrounds to explore the world of abstraction, mark making and working with various materials. For the women, who have never taken part in any art workshops before, it would be a memorable and personal journey, an opportunity to express introspection in a creative way. The workshops with Miki are planned to be serious fun and show how women can develop simple methods to achieve high quality celebratory art. As well as taking part in creating art work, part of the session would involve planning for a larger project in the future and this discussion will be facilitated by the artist.
